CaptureX turns messages you send to our WhatsApp number into a personal log — meals, expenses, notes, todos, habits, and bookmarks — with a dashboard to review and edit them. By messaging the number or signing in, you agree to these terms.

The Free plan includes 50 captures per calendar month and every feature. Pro removes the cap for ₹299 / $5 per month, billed through Dodo Payments, and renews monthly until you cancel from your Dodo Payments dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If prices change, we'll tell you before you're charged anything new.

Everything you capture is yours. You give us permission to store and process it purely to run the service — see the privacy policy for exactly what that means. Delete your account anytime and it all goes with you.

Calorie counts, nutrition values, and category guesses are automated best-efforts, not professional advice. Don't use CaptureX as a substitute for medical, nutritional, or financial guidance.

Don't use CaptureX to spam, to store unlawful content, or to probe or disrupt the service. We can suspend accounts that do — we'll say why.

CaptureX is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months. WhatsApp is a Meta product; its availability isn't ours to guarantee.

If these terms change materially, we'll notify you on WhatsApp before the change applies. Continuing to use CaptureX after that means you accept the update.
